A: We’re your one-stop-shop for everything you need to grow your own food, plants, or medicine at home! 🌱 We carry hydroponic systems, soil, grow tents, nutrients & additives, lighting, pest & disease management tools, seed starting/cloning supplies, and more. Basically, if it helps you grow, we probably have it.

Q: Where is MASS Hydroponics located?
A: We have two retail locations:

  • 15 Walnut Road, South Hamilton, MA 01982
  • 50 Central Street, Georgetown, MA 01833

And don’t worry if you’re far away — we ship nationwide!

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Add items to your cart on mass-hydro.com and follow the checkout process. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster ordering next time.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email info@mass-hydro.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Do you do special orders?
A: Absolutely! Shoot us an email. Just keep in mind that special orders, seeds, and clones are final sale.

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yep! All orders ship across the U.S.

Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Q: When will I get tracking info?
A: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Q: Are clones shipped differently?
A: Yes. Clones are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays and always via UPS Next Day Air.

Q: Do you sell seeds and clones?
A: Yes! We carry:

  • Vegetable & flower seeds
  • Cannab*s seeds & clones

For orders of 50+ clones, email info@mass-hydro.com for a quote.

Q: You have a wide range of clones & seeds strains/ genetics on your site, are they all available?
A: Yes, the clones and seed strains listed on our site are available if they’re marked “in stock.” You can place your order directly through the website, and if you need confirmation on anything specific, just reach out and we’ll gladly assist.

Q: Are all of your seeds & clones legit & verified?
A: Absolutely! All the seeds and clones listed are legitimate and verified genetics. They come from reputable sources, and we’re always happy to confirm details on specific lines if you need.

Clone Details:

  • Orders take 3–5 business days to ship from one of our regional facilities.
  • Shipped via UPS Next Day Air to ensure they arrive safe and healthy.
  • All clones are HLVD tested and guaranteed pest and pathogen free, rooted in a peat plug with love!
  • We always carry in store clones with a limited rotating selection, and can accommodate custom orders.

 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order?
A: We accept returns within 14 days for items in original packaging and condition.

Q: What items are non-returnable?
A: Non-returnable items include:

  • Light bulbs
  • Electronics
  • Seeds
  • Clones
  • Special order items

Q: What if my clone order is delayed or arrives damaged?
A: We guarantee successful delivery. UPS shipping delays and handling are out of our control. If an order arrives damaged please take a picture and document how you received your order and send it to our email. Anything that does not bounce back a couple days after being transplanted to a low light environmental we replace.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email info@mass-hydro.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
