Return Policy: 14 day return on items in original packaging and condition. (Excludes light bulbs, nutrients, media and electronic items) All special order, clone and seed sales are final.

Replacement Policy on Plants & Clones

If your clone arrives damaged, we're happy to review it for a replacement.
To qualify, please send videos and photos of the issue on the same day your
order arrives.

  • To help us assess the situation quickly, please ensure your videos and
    photos clearly show the issue (such as broken stems, severe wilting, or other
    visible damage). Our team will carefully review each request and determine
    eligibility for replacement.
  • While we stand behind the quality of our clones, we do not offer
    refunds.
  • Shipping live plants always carries some risk, and growing success can
    depend on many factors beyond the condition of the clone upon
    arrival. We want every customer to have the best
    possible start. Many growers are new to cultivation, so while we'll do our best to
    support you, we cannot guarantee results throughout the entire
    growing process, even when clones arrive healthy and in good
    condition.
  • Approved replacements are added to our existing fulfillment queue
    and are processed in the order received.
